Hannover House & Hemdale Film Corp. — An Overnight Success, Thirty-Three Years in the Making.
Executive Study — ShareholdersIPR.com
Why HHSE Is Undervalued by More Than 10X
Everybody loves a success story — especially when it comes with cutting-edge sizzle and deep industry experience. Hannover House, formed in 1993, recently resurrected the prestigious releasing brand HEMDALE FILM CORP. — one of only two companies to ever win the Best Picture Academy Award two years in a row.
The credibility boost from adding the Hemdale brand has enabled HHSE to be invited for involvement with several high-profile productions, and to obtain commercial acquisitions on a "promise to pay" basis, versus the need for huge lines of capital. Accordingly, Hannover House / Hemdale now has a slate of seven (7) indie-level productions and four (4) Major Studio / Event Level Films in various stages of production.
Hannover House has reinvented its business model to pursue the sort of films that are working well at both theatres and streaming platforms. The mega-millions and home-runs are to be earned from high-concept, star-driven major titles — and Hannover House / Hemdale has four of these. The singles-and-doubles will come from the current slate of indie productions and acquisitions, each representing an upside of $300,000 to $600,000 in fees.
$1,000 invested NOW in HHSE shares
is forecasted to be worth $9,500 based on 2026 activities — and as much as $110,000 based on Growth PE/G potential.

Special Note: JOLLY Production
While HHSE feels that the finished product of JOLLY looks like a $100-million-dollar Major Studio Film, the actual reality is that the film is only costing HHSE about $100,000. Director Arthur G. Night is using a hybrid mix of traditional feature film animation techniques with the newest in CGI-AI photo-realistic rendering technology.
- ▸Box Office Potential: The 2026 theatrical marketplace has been very supportive of low-budget indie horror movies.
- ▸Genre Strength: The subgenre of "Christmas-Horror" has always generated significant sales results.
- ▸Publicity Angles: Added media interest in anything A.I.-oriented should result in significant publicity attention to JOLLY.

Fiscally-Conservative Funding Mechanism
Each of the "Major Studio" level projects for Hannover House has a third-party financing component of approximately fifty percent (50%) — mostly in the form of governmental rebates or incentive grants. The balance of funding is through bankable presale contracts or credit-enhancement surety bonds, utilizing HHSE preferred shares as a collateral instrument of performance guarantee.
HHSE-Hemdale is able to capitalize the entire production investment, but only carries a contingent liability of fifty percent, payable well after each film has been released, monetized, and relieved of debt. HHSE-Hemdale also earns off-the-top overhead fees from each production budget — as well as substantial sales distribution fees and equity participations.
This is how HHSE-Hemdale uses leveraged financing to acquire highly-commercial properties and build the balance sheet and revenues to a billion-dollar market cap.
